The nature of the home remodel will dictate whether planning permission is required.  For the majority of internal home remodelling projects (such as knocking down, moving or erecting new walls) planning permission generally isn’t required. Exceptions however come into play when a property is listed, or falls within a conservation area.  Planning permission requirements are always discussed at the time of first contact with Outline Construction.
