Why the Millward Family opted for an Extension, House Remodel & Garage Conversion
The Millwards loved their house location and overall footprint, but wanted to put their own stamp on it, making it more reflective of their lifestyle and evolving needs.
What they wanted to achieve
The Millward Family wanted to increase the size of their house whilst also reworking their existing space. They dreamt of a big open plan kitchen, dining and living space as they love entertaining and spending time together as a family.
What we did
Working with the Millward Family on their dream home, we erected a single storey extension, allowing space for a remodel of their current downstairs set up. This included structural works to enable an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. We also converted their garage into a bedroom, creating the perfect guest stayover space for when they entertain friends and family.
